Her experience spans government, healthcare, nonprofit, and private sector environments, with expertise in strategic planning, business development, performance management, grant administration, organizational growth, and brand strategy.
Throughout her career, Shanida has helped organizations strengthen operations, develop sustainable strategies, improve performance, and transform ideas into measurable results. Her approach combines thoughtful strategy with practical tools clients can confidently put into action.
Shanida holds a Master of Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation, reflecting her commitment to continued growth, forward thinking leadership, and organizational excellence.
